3.5-hour workshop, including lecture, Inner Axis practice, writing and discussion
Technology has expanded at such a rate that nearly every aspect of our world has been affected — yet there has been no corresponding expansion of personal happiness. At the deepest levels of human fulfillment, it seems that we grossly overestimate what technology can do for us. In response, this workshop reveals an internal, human technology capable of empowering the most meaningful areas of our lives and leading us to deeper levels of happiness.
The workshop will consist of a lecture followed by a full Inner Axis breath and movement practice. After a short break, we will go more deeply into the essential elements, such as:
- Transformational Breathing
- The Beginning of Emotional Healing
- Dynamic Meditation
- Reversing isolation and loneliness
- Organizing our emotions
- Optimizing digital technology
- Lifespan tools
- Writing and discussion
Suggested props: yoga mat, strap or belt, bocks and a blanket. Bring writing materials.
All levels are welcome.
